The coping is one brick course higher than on the approved elevations. 2. Removal of the vertical recessed brick behind the rain water pipes, due to the way the walkways need to be drained the recessed brick clashed with the rain water goods and precluded the collection of rainwater from the walkway outlets. The brick recess was omitted to allow the rainwater to be collected effectively at the rear of the building only. 3. The vertical one brick recess between the town house and block B was also omitted for practical buildability and drainage from the town house roof. 4. Inclusion of fixed guarding to the roof access hatch of block A only, as advised for the health and Safety of maintenance operatives. This is in addition to the man safe and lift up edge protection guarding to the roof. 5. Minor amendments to the soft planting area of the block B dry riser inlet to comply with LFB access requirements.
