Specifications provided by recent H&S survey of site by Heritage Tree Services. G1 - mixed group on Northern boundary of site, adjoining footpath. Lift lowest branches to provide statutory clearance of approximately 2.5m over footpath (this is carried out on an annual basis and as such there are little to no substantial limbs requiring pruning.) Remove significant sized deadwood within striking distance of footpath. T1 (within G1) - Small self set Oak to remove to ground level - understory tree which has pronounced incline over footpath and little long term value. T2 - Oak within G1 - low branches overhanging adjacent all weather pitch and light, prune these low branches to provide approximately 2m clearance from light and fence.

T1 - Gleditsia to fell - tree has pronounced lean towards/over adjacent seating area and large Ganoderma brackets at base (relative to size of trunk) - no long term future. T2 - Silver Birch next to Rose garden to fell - area has been overplanted, removal of this Birch will provide adjacent Birch, Magnolia and Acer space to flourish. T3 - Self set Holly on roadside to fell - low visual amenity, proximity to boundary wall will cause structural problems in the future.

Blue Cypress (T1) - In decline with extensive dieback, fell to ground level. Whitebeam (T2) - Extremely drawn form, reduce height by approximately 4m and lateral spread to match. Cherry (T3) - in decline, being shaded out by other trees, fell to ground level.
