Upgrade of male and female toilet facilities including the removal of interior wall and door between male toilet and wash area, new sanitary ware and fittings, repositioning and renewal of under sink radiator to opposite wall, and installation of new sink/vanity unit. Removal of electric over sink water heaters and installation of hand driers. Removal of wall tiles with walls to be plastered and painted. Replacement of existing ceramic floor tiles in toilets and lobby with non- slip flooring and updating of lighting. Replacement of rear fire exit doors on a like-for-like basis, retaining existing openings and matching original design, materials, and proportions. Repair of damaged tiles in the roof valley of meeting room. Works to kitchen including a new insulated ceiling below the current pitched ceiling, new energy efficient lighting and repositioning of existing fire sensor. Replacement of old fluorescent lighting in main hall, front hall and rear meeting room with equivalent new energy efficient units
