Proposed discharge of Condition 26 of planning approval LA08/2019/0481/F. Condition 26 states: The development hereby permitted shall not commence until all fuel storage tanks (and associated infra-structure) are fully decommissioned and removed in line with current Guidance for Pollution prevention (GPP 2) and the Pollution Prevention Guidance (PPG27) and the quality of surrounding soils and groundwater verified. Should any additional contamination be identified during this process, Conditions 28 and 29 will apply. Reason: Protection of environmental receptors to ensure the site is suitable for use.

Condition No. 30 states: "Notwithstanding Part 5 Class A of The Planning (General Permitted Development) Order (Northern Ireland) 2015, no development shall take place until a construction management plan and statement has been submitted to and been approved in writing by the Planning Authority. The approved plan and statement shall be adhered to throughout the construction period. The plan and statement shall provide for: Parking of vehicle of site operatives and visitors Routes for construction traffic Method of prevention of mud being carried onto highway Location of soil heaps and management of dust on site Arrangements for turning vehicles."
