The finished crown alignment shall extend no further towards the building than the edge of the gravel area between the tree and Dover House, as shown in Photograph 8 of the submitted Tree Inspection Report dated 3 February 2026, reference TI05012601. Raise the crown base on the north side overhanging the adjoining property to provide a clearance of 4m above ground level. T2 London plane: Reduce the crown spread on the east side, facing Dover House, by up to 3m. The finished crown alignment shall extend no further towards the building than 1m from the building-side edge of the gravel area between the tree and Dover House, as shown in Photograph 9 of the submitted Tree Inspection Report dated 3 February 2026, reference TI05012601. The application separately refers to removal of deadwood exceeding 20mm diameter. Removal of dead branches from a living tree does not require consent and therefore does not form part of the works assessed under this application.
