trees are subject to TPO: 13S03 G1 – x2 Oaks & x1 Ash – Oaks present with significant signs of stress – Ash presents with stages 1 & 2 Ash dieback - Carefully dismantle the tree using mobile crane or modern rigging techniques to mitigate risk to the driveway, neighbouring properties, any utilities and the surrounding areas – Finished stump height will be left close to ground level. T2 – Oak – Tree presents with a significant asymmetrical form towards the properties to the south east - Carefully carry out formative pruning works by reducing the vertical profile by up to 2ms in length and the lateral profile on the south east aspect of the tree by 2ms in length – This will help to reduce pressure on the unions and root plate creating a smaller crown template and helping to alleviate the risk of future failure. During the course of operations an aerial inspection will be carried out to access any cavities, branch unions or structural defects present – Major deadwood (with a diameter greater than 50mm) and defective branches will be removed or stabilised. T3 – Oak – Reduce over extended limb (identified during site visit 01/09/26) by 4-6ms leaving pruning cut at suitable branch junction. T4 – x1 Ash – Heavily declining form and asymmetrical profile - Carefully dismantle the tree using modern rigging techniques where appropriate to mitigate potential damage to the surrounding areas and improve safety protocols. Finished stump height will be left close to ground level. T5 – x1 Ash – Large mature tree – Identified with Ash dieback and declining vitality (identified during site visit 01/09/26) - Carefully dismantle the tree using modern rigging techniques where appropriate to mitigate potential damage to the surrounding areas and improve safety protocols. Finished stump height will be left close to ground level. T6 – Oak – Heavily declining form – Application to fell previously approved - Carefully dismantle the tree using modern rigging techniques where appropriate to mitigate potential damage to the surrounding areas and improve safety protocols. Finished stump height will be left close to ground level. Planting Schedule G1 – x6 Tree to be planted in the vicinity of G1 following the removal works detailed above – x3 Beech, x2 Hornbeam & 1x Field Maple – All trees to be at least 10-12 Standards in size.
