Common ash, we are looking at doing a full removal as the tree is in a damaged state of health. The ash has made damage to boundary wall and may cause more further damage. The tree is in poor health and is in close proximity to neighbouring property, failure of tree will cause damage to neighbouring property. This tree is showing signs of ash die back.

The plan would be a 30% reduction to create a balanced crown and a reduction on over extended limbs of the lower canopy. Removal of dead wood and storm damaged limbs.
