Further to the approval 21/01968/TPC and the removal of those trees, it has become clear that the remaining four trees also need to be removed so a fresh attempt can be made to provide a well planned garden and tree species. It is accepted that more appropriate tree species will be planted in lieu of trees A and B. Tree C is an isolated tree of poor quality and shape and would therefore be removed. Tree D is a leylandii of no significant merit and would therefore be removed. It is the aim of the clients to actively landscape and plant the garden with new and appropriate species.
