If we discover any issues, for example broken limbs, rot pockets that are substantial (over 30% into a limb or union), excessively rubbing branches that have resulted in the lower branch having the cambium rubbed back to more than 20%, we would request that we remove these items as a matter of safety. We would also ask that we bring any over extending lateral branches back to the natural canopy line, in an attempt to prevent future limb failure. T19 - Oak - remove dead wood T20 - Acer - remove dead stem T21 - Norway Maple - Crown lift to 2.5m. G24 - Silver Birch -remove 2 dead top sections from group of 7.

Beech: Reduce the lower radial branches, on the north east side of the Beech, by 3m, reducing the length of these limbs from the radius of the tree, from 7m to 4m. This is to prevent branches damaging the roof or gutter, and to stop squirrels from being able to access the roof from the tree. The rest of the work is just to crown clean the tree, and to perform an aerial inspection (TPO P1/201/158).
