Remove major deadwood from the tree, and stem clean by removing epicormic growth and old stubs to a height of 4m. T2 Alder - Raise the canopy to create 3 meters clearance. Rear garden - T1 Eucalyptus - fell. This is a non native fast growing tree which requires a lot of routine maintenance to maintain a balanced relationship between the tree and home owner. Over the last decade the tree has been reduced a couple of times. This has been done because the tree over shadows the garden and also the tree has a low union and the reduction work has reduced the stress on this union. The tree is of poor amenity value and cannot be viewed from the road. T2 Lawson Cypress - reduce in height by 2.5m to the previous pruning points. This will leave a finished tree height of 8m from ground level. All pruning cuts will be made to suitable secondary growth points. Routine maintenance to maintain a more compact height for its location.
