Removal of the lead clad roof-level water tank: Following detailed technical design, the external roof-mounted water tank is no longer required. Its removal would allow for a simplified and improved roof drainage layout. 2. Addition of an external vent cowl: The inclusion of one single vent on the west elevation to correctly align the drawings with the mechanical services strategy and 3. Alteration to riser overrun height: An increase of approximately 285mm to the height of the riser overruns to facilitate the necessary routing of air handling ductwork from the riser onto the roof plant area.
