Tree 1. Early Mature Holly, growing to approx' 25ft as multi stem from ground level. Located near southern boundary of property. We would wish to remove the main trunk to ground level, leaving the rear stems of the tree. A garden studio type structure has been built in the area under the tree. The wind causes the main trunk of the tree to repeatedly touch the building causing damage. We are happy to plant more Holly trees along the property's southern boundary as replacements upon the removal of the T1 trunk.

Tree 1, mature multi stem Conifer. We would wish to sectional fell to ground level. Though growing from Hine Hall ,the tree has repeatedly had its lower crown removed over the property on Stonepit Close. Currently the main trunk is bare to approximately 10ft from ground level, though the ground level drops approx' another 15ft to the rear of the Stonepit close properties and the bare section looks more from their perspective. The tree has shed branches up to 50mm diameter onto the Stonepit property No' 9, and I have observed failed branches hanging in the crown. Also the residents of the Close are complaining of lack of light and tree detritus falling in their rear gardens. Due to the historic removal of the lower crown, a crown reduction would make an already poor specimen look worse. Both this tree and T2 cannot be seen from the Hine Hall property and any works done are purely for the benefit of the Stonepit Close residents.

We wish to crown lift lower reaching branches to 5m from ground level over the driveway, this is to prevent the tree from interfering with the access for vehicles. Only branches from trees directly over driveway to be worked on, and only to 5m. Tree 1, Lime. Remove low epicormic growth encroaching on parking area.

Tree 1, Small self set Holly. Snip in reaching branches heading over lawn. Group 1, Multiple Hollies forming hedge. Reduce height by approx' half to 6ft from ground level, shape remainder to tidy. Group 2, Mixture of shrubs and trees forming deep border. Gentle trimming to shape and tidy. Tree 2+3, Portuguese Laurels. Reduce height back to historic points. T2 to 10-15ft from ground level, T3 to 15-18ft from ground level. Trim sides to shape and tidy. Tree 4, Norway or Silver Maple. To take away from property, remove leading branch back to main union at trunk (taking off approximately 15ft). Remove 2 branches heading toward property. Gently tidying of remainder to shape new crown.

Tree 1, Conifer (forming end of hedge) Remove top 2.5m of reaching trunk to level with hedge height at roughly 2m from ground level. Tree 2, Leylandii. Sectional fell to ground level. The tree has reached a size it is getting close to the house at neighbouring property no' 7, it blocks light for no' 7&9 and is severely overshadowing the growth of better specimens, (Trees 3&4). Trees 3 & 4. Cherry. (growing closely together, crowns to be treated as one tree) Due to the overshadowing vigorous growth of T2, the tree's crown has grown sprawling and leggy. We propose a 6-8m crown reduction bringing the height down to roughly 4m from ground level. Future growth should form a better crown shape after the removal of T2.

Tree 1, Lombardy Poplar. Re-pollard at roughly 9m from ground level. (Historic pollard points at roughly 12m from ground level) Tree 2, Cherry. Crown reduction of roughly 3m, bringing overall height down to roughly match neighbouring trees. Group 1, Multiple Conifers forming hedge. Reduce height of group by 2m, down to historic points approximately at 2.5m from ground level.
