The proposal is to replace the existing flammable cladding (the timber effect panels) on the existing student accommodation with aluminium or rockpanel wood effect panels. The panels will be in a similar configuration (panel size) to the existing panels but will be A2 s1 d0 rated (non flammable). The colour will be as close a match as possible ? see attached drawing 1033-BPA-ED-ZZ-DG-AR-0004 Existing and Proposed Colour Samples. The height of the building will remain unchanged.
