Reason: leaning at precarious angle, potentially dangerous, damaging neighbours garden wall, ivy covered. Informative A: the replacement planting with a mulberry as indicated in agent's email 23 January 2023 is greatly appreciated. Informative B: the sensitive management of garden trees and replacement planting for landscape amenity, urban forest canopy to mitigate climate change, wellbeing, wildlife and environmental benefits is hugely welcomed.
