TPO 317; T1: Elm - Crown raise to 5m above ground level over seating area, directly to the north of the tree by removing three branches no larger than 7.5cm diameter, back to the stem on the 2 northern stems (Photo 2). Reduce the southwest stem from 9m to 7m, to the southern edge of the access to alleviate weight and prevent damage / failure of branches through new wind loading (to reflect the crown extent of No. 18 's tree, if reduced) & T2: Elm - Crown raise to 5m over extension by removing, back to the main stem, the single, lowest northern branch (Photo 4)
