It is causing damage to my roof and next doors garage roof. Debris from it blocks the gutters which have to be cleared on a regular basis I have had to have my patio in that area raised three time as is continually sinks and it is going to have to be done again this summer. I have been advised that it is probably the tree roots sucking the moisture from the ground. We would still like it felled because it also too near the house.
