Use of privacy glazing on Waldram Crescent (head to knee height rather than extending from floor to ceiling);? Access doors from the commercial unit to the garden;? Small windows added to the ground floor on the northwest elevation to provide additional daylight;? Southeast corner re-configured to provide an external entrance lobby area, covered buggy store, bin store with street access and re-allocation of commercial/visitor cycle store;?
