Lime trees (T3-T9), subject to TPO/286/6/00, by reducing in height to previous points or by a maximum of 30% of crown volume whichever is the least, remove basal suckers and lift crown to give 2.5m clearance over gardens only; pruning of 8no. Lime trees (T37-T44), subject to TPO/286/6/00, by reducing the spread over the site to 3m and height to 12m or to the ridgeline of plot 8, whichever is the highest, no wounds greater than 100mm diameter; removal of self-seeded Ailanthus tree growing directly under Ailanthus tree (T11); and removal of a small cypress tree growing under Lime tree (T36).

    T1 Pine - Fell Mrs Deman has lived at the property for over 30 years and has maintained the garden throughout this time. The tree has now significantly outgrown its location and has developed a noticeable lean. The tree provides little or no useful screening at lower level due to the absence of lower branches, and meaningful reduction is not considered appropriate due to the species and its existing form. Its size and dense canopy are also having a substantial impact on the garden below, leaving the area extremely dry and difficult to maintain. The neighbouring residents have also expressed their support for removal. Following discussion between those affected, it has been agreed that removal of the tree is the most appropriate long-term solution. There are other trees that have grown up and provide better amenity
