Tree 1 - Sycamore - Rear Garden: Reduce and reshape crown by 40% thin by 20% Crown reduction to reduce the overall height and lateral spread, with particular attention to branches growing in close proximity to the house. Selective branch reduction to provide reasonable clearance from the building while retaining the natural shape, health and structural integrity of the tree. Tree 2 - Maple - Remove - The proposed removal is intended to allow the garden to retain tree cover while avoiding the long-term problems associated with a tree becoming too large for its location.

T1 Pine - Fell Mrs Deman has lived at the property for over 30 years and has maintained the garden throughout this time. The tree has now significantly outgrown its location and has developed a noticeable lean. The tree provides little or no useful screening at lower level due to the absence of lower branches, and meaningful reduction is not considered appropriate due to the species and its existing form. Its size and dense canopy are also having a substantial impact on the garden below, leaving the area extremely dry and difficult to maintain. The neighbouring residents have also expressed their support for removal. Following discussion between those affected, it has been agreed that removal of the tree is the most appropriate long-term solution. There are other trees that have grown up and provide better amenity

Felling of a mature, dead Sycamore tree (T21) located on Land to the Rear of 70 North End Road, subject to Tree Preservation Order TPO/23/7/70. Following a recent inspection of the highway it has been noted that the tree is dead, the crown of which has the potential to fall onto the surrounding highway network managed by TfL. To mitigate this it is intended to remove all crown material and leave as a standing monolith. Works to reduce risk of failure and damage to the highway and its users.
