Listed Building Consent - The alterations proposed are related to a later element of the listed building dated 27/1/03 Planning application C03/0206. 3 sets of double glazed casement windows and 1 set of double glazed patio doors originally installed at time of original build are of very poor quality and not weather proof. The proposal is to replace these units with double glazed hard wood timber bi-folding doors to front and one fully sealed double glazed unit for the return - confirmation that this is a minor change to a modern element and that the proposed installation would be acceptable should consent be submitted was given by Eloise Limmer in September 2019
