Proposal

Oak 46 on A41 Backford. The tree is situated just behind the boundary to our back garden. It is so large that the tree hangs over into our garden. This isn't so bad during the winter, but once leaves are present it blocks daylight entering the rear of the house. Leaves and acorns fall into the garden. The tree is beautiful but we would like to prune the overhanging branches back slightly. We have consulted with an arborist who is qualified to carry out the work if allowed.
