The tree has a very poor asymmetrical form towards the house it also has a large twist at the base of the tree which has produced reaction wood. Reaction wood is formed due to movement or stress in a particular part of a tree. The tree will always be an issue with the proximity to the house and will always need constant pruning. This still doesn't remove the issue of the twist in the stem at the base of the tree which could fail. The tree is not visible for a public vantage point and the fore low on amenity.
