Condition to be Varied: Condition 2 currently states: "No development shall commence on site until a satisfactory means of public foul sewerage disposal has been agreed with NI Water and Mid Ulster District Council Planning Department." It is proposed that Condition 2 be varied to read: "No development shall commence on site until a satisfactory means of foul sewage disposal, incorporating a site-specific management plan for the safe removal of foul sewage, has been agreed in writing with Mid Ulster District Council Planning Department." Reason for the Variation: The variation is sought because the approved method of foul sewage disposal for the development is a cesspool, which falls outside the remit of Northern Ireland Water (NI Water).
