The register shows what gets approved near you, and what does not

Planning data answers questions architects otherwise pay for or guess at. What is this council approving on streets like this one? How long are decisions actually taking here? What did the neighbouring scheme get through with? Council hub pages here put approval rates, decision times and busiest categories on one page per authority, computed from the applications themselves and dated honestly.

The register is also a source of clients. A refused householder or full application is an owner who still wants their project and now knows they need better drawings and a stronger planning case; refusals in your area are listed with their decisions on each council hub. Heritage consents flag owners of listed buildings taking on work that needs specialist design. Outline grants mark sites where reserved matters work is coming.
